Pointe (Beginner Level)

Beginner Pointe is designed for ballet students who have developed a strong technical foundation and are ready to take their training to the next level. This class introduces the fundamentals of dancing on pointe, focusing on strength, safety, and proper alignment.

What Students Learn:

  • How to safely rise, balance, and move en pointe

  • Foundational barre exercises adapted for pointe work

  • Building ankle, foot, and core strength for stability

  • Correct use of turnout, posture, and placement

  • Developing artistry while maintaining safe technique
